Diamonrd wire saw is widely used for quarrying,stationary machine and profile cutting. It can cut all types of stone and concrete,included the hardest or most abrasive ones.
Diamond beads are made from steel cylinder which surrounded by a diamond ring on. Diamond ring normally is produced by sintering or electro . Primal diamond wire alternately composed of beads and springs with steel carrier inside. With the requirement for cutting granite,marble and other abrasive like concrete, it is fitting the beads by plastic or rubber,it can effectively protect the abrasion of the steel carrier and reduce the risk when diamond wire break.
